Please make sure you use the correct referral forms for referring adult fractures to TTS (Trauma Triage Service formerly known as VFC)
There are currently some issues with Symphony documents containg the BHSCT VTE assessment which is different to NHSCT VTE assessment. We *MUST* use the NHSCT VTE assessment form!
For *ALL* paediatric referrals (including knees) use the referral form from within Symphony print menu.
